The atmosphere of these bright, flourishing streets could easily be mistaken for the middle of the afternoon. Where the air of excitement and chaos meet, this is uniquely South American.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/shomei-tanteidan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/01-039.jpg\" alt=\"global-research_buenosaires_01\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Diffused, shaded light gives the night scene along Alem Street a pleasant rhythm.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/shomei-tanteidan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/02-046.jpg\" alt=\"global-research_buenosaires_02\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>The eaves extend out over the sidewalks creating an arcade that acts as a connector from the inside to the outside of buildings.
