In this survey, the illuminance meter displayed 'unmeasurable' readings due to insufficient light at Tower Bridge, Millennium Bridge, and London Bridge. While none of these measurement points were completely devoid of lighting, they gave the impression of being quite dim. However, this dimness did make London’s cityscape and buildings appear more vivid.
