    I am always generous when I grade Shibuya. Well, I go like “this is Shibuya, then why not?”

    However, Shibuya is huge, and there are areas for offices, cultural facilities and residences. The interests of tourists and residents do not match. This is such a night view.

    Why don’t we try entertaining strangers only for a short time in a day?
